We (family of 6) stayed for one night. It was pleasant stay and staff / owner was very friendly and helpful. Even I called them at 11:30pm and call was picked up and provided me with extra mattress. Sofa bed had partition in middle , which makes it difficult for anyone to sleep, so we requested extra beds. Road leading to stay is very narrow and recommend, local experienced driver to maneuver. Rooms were clean, all gadgets were working and kitchen is equipped with required utensils.

The staff is responsive for late night checkin. The rooms are decent with amenities.Overall the experience was good. Good place for family stay. The downside is the hotel is situated at a very narrow road hardly a sedan fits and not even a bike from opposite direction fits. Many cab drivers refuse this road and you may need to walk 5min to get to the main road . The water geyser in the room is small capacity. Suggest to walk to end of the road for 5 min to get way cheaper cabs.

The stay was amazing. The place was very neat & clean. Staff was really helpful. I have a one year old & it was very comfortable to cook for the baby. They had utensils too. It felt like home. A perfect staycation in Trivandrum.

The apartment was spacious ,clean and tidy.Except the washing machine all the amenities are available.And the care taker was polite and well informed about the whereabouts. The only bad thing regarding this apartment the road to leading to this apartment is too narrow and steep. Otherwise it would have been ideal/perfect stay for this price range.

It's an amazing apartment with all the amenities. But the way to the location seems to be a bit narrow. Even though they provide parking it would be difficult for Sedan's or SUV's to reach the place. Also one thing I wanted to highlight is that they don't have a reliable power back-up. I was there for a wedding and we were stuck for a few hours because of the power issue and we were disappointed by this as we were unable to use the styling tools or even an iron box on the wedding day.

A home away from home. Best place for ladies .safe and comfortable. Worth for money. Good ambience. Just like staying in home. NXT visit to TVM will surely be with green royale. Owner was too cooperative.
